Prism window - pivot hinge broke

A quick learner from Denver says:
It is a double hung tilting Prism window installed in about 2009. The lower left pivot hinge part broke &wouldn't lower. Ended up unscrewing the upper part of the mechanism & sliding the whole thing to the bottom of the frame to at least get the window to close.
If you can tell me the names of these parts &how to replace them, that would be great. Thank you.

We believe you need the new style pivot bar for your Prism window. Please see our 26-336 for consideration.
