Thanks for posting. I am afraid I can't cross-reference any information on that label to what balance you might need. Your other photo shows us what appears to be the top fitting and the inner spring of a non-tilt window channel balance, as well as a damaged Top Sash Guide. I will need to see photos of undamaged photos of both parts to better understand what you're exactly looking for. See the video below that shows how to identify replacement channel balances--this will tell you the pertinent information we require. From there we'll do our best to find your replacements.
Thanks for getting back to us! These photos are a huge help, and tell me almost everything I need to get started. What you have here is a special "extended travel" channel balance that we can only provide as a custom order, due to its unique block and tackle configuration.
