Problem with hardware supplied by you

Question

I ordered replacement hardware for left and right casement operators. The operator for the right casement, 39-032 fit perfectly and worked great. The other, 39-031, seems to be made incorrectly. The first image attached shows the photo from your packing slip. the long arm goes to the left, the L-shaped arm goes to the right. The second image is of the old hardware and the new hardware. The old hardware matches the packing slip photo. The replacement shows that both arms are going in the same direction.

I need a replacement ASAP, but I need to make sure that the replacement was made the correct way.

The 39-031 in your photo appears to be normal. It should still install in your window. As you crank it, the arms will adjust into the position needed to install in your window. See the video below.
