The roller shown in your photo actually looks like a closer match to the 81-184  or 81-018 depending on how the dimensions compare to the original part. 

We also carry some replacement wheels, which you can view here . Many customers have used either the 81-266 or 81-272 kits to replace their wheels if the roller housing is still in good condition but we also offer a few nylon options. 

The material is a matter of personal preference. You are correct that metal wheels tend to last longer but nylon wheels are a bit quieter and not prone to rusting. Take a look at the parts we mentioend and thanks for posting!
