Can I buy just the handle for 38-099

Do you sell just the handle portion of this product? I need the handle and its housing, but I don't need the sliding locking mechanism itself, as one is already in place. The part that grabs the sliding mechanism broke off. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the individual components of the 38-099 lock assembly are not available separately.

If I send you a picture of my handle and the locking apparatus will you be able to take a look at it and tell me if you have a comparable handle for my setup? Again, I am looking to replace just the handle and its housing. Let me know and I can send a picture. Thanks!

Ah, I'm sorry to say that I have some bad news. This is an old Silverline lock that is no longer made. We did carry it at one time but our stock ran out around the time it was discontinued. We also do not have a confirmed substitute; nothing we tried has worked, anyway.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm not sure where you can find this, but I can at least confirm that it is a Silverline brand casement window lock.
