Product Code: 39-025

Question

Hello,

I was looking on your website and found Product Code: 39-025 as a possible replacement awning crank for one on my windows. However, it only has 1-screw hole at the top. Mine has 2-screw holes - please see attached photo (1.png). I need this particular one because is has the screw connector on the hinge that fastens it to the window - please see attached photos (2.png & 3.png).

By any chance, would you happen to have one with 2-screw holes at the top?

Side Note: my existing hardware has no name, number, or marking found on them. So, I'm sorry that I cannot provide any of this information.

Hoping you all can help me out. If not, not a big deal - I'll make due.

Hey there Glenn.

You have a very old "Air Control" operator which is no longer available. The closest one I could come up with was the 39-017 which was used on Pan Am/Daryl awning windows. The measurements are not exact, but close. Take a look at the 39-017 operator along with the hardware related on this page and see what you think.
