Question

Hi there, trying to determine if this is the correct part. it seems that the crank arm is longer than 11" but i cant be sure, is there a 12-13.5 in version????? thanks! Also is there video or instruction manual for de and reinstallation?

The 39-141 does look close to your operator, yes. I would just detach your arm from the track to make sure it has that same thin steel wheel at the end.

As for arm length, we don't have anything as long as the dimension you gave us. You may want to remove the operator from the window to ensure your measurement is as accurate as possible. Make sure to measure from the center of the wheel to the center of the gear. If it is over 11", ours may still work as-is.
