Product Codes 23-012/23-011 on wood bypass closet doors

A home owner says:
Am trying to find instructions for how to use the "adjustment screw." Turning the screw is difficult & it is unclear that it even has any effect. Need very basic info on what "adjustments (e.g., direction?; distance?)" can be made with the adjustment screw, does the door have to be removed from the track, does the roller bracket have to be removed from the door to make them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. There's not really any trick to it; you would use a flat head screwdriver to turn the plastic adjustment screw. Clockwise turns raise it while counter-clockwise turns lower it. You shouldn't have to take it out of the door to adjust it.
A professional from CA says:
You shouldn't have to remove the door, but you should take weight off the roller while adjusting.
