Hello,

I'm looking to replace the springs in my window. Can you help me determine which product(s) I would need? The springs themselves actually snapped. Not sure how this happened as we just purchased the home.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe looks like a match to the 15-180 balance shoe, which is used with the Series 190 coil springs. Review the specifications of these parts and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
