I was wanting to replace a window tilt window balance. I included pictures, I had planned to purchase the 28 inch series 770 balance. Product code S770-28. The stamp on my broken balance says 27 but it measures 28 inches, and is 9/16 inch wide.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree with the part you picked out. The Series 770 looks like a good match since it appears your balance uses the same terminal clip. You'll just have to weigh the window sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S770-28 store page to determine the proper strength option for your replacement balances.
