Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the casement operator shown in your photo. With that being said, you might be able to adapt an operator like the 39-044 to work for your repair by using rivets to swap the arm extension from your original assembly and attach it to the new operator. We can't guarantee that this would work but this would be our only possible solution at this time. Also, keep in mind that parts can not be returned once they are modified.
