Proper Replacement Channel Balance Inquiry

I'm looking to replace both original 27" channel balances from a circa 2004 Milgard single hung vinyl window. Attached are photographs depicting the balance, to include an illustration of the ribbing at the upper end the frame. Which would be the correct series to order replacements from?

Thanks for writing in. Please confirm that your balance's metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 27" long. If so, see either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement, so compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2620. Let me know if you have any other questions.
