Proper spiral balance

Question

I need to know what color spiral balance I need. The one I took out didn't have a color. The balance is 3/8", 26 inches long,  and the window weighs 16 pounds. I have attached a picture of the old balance.

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you have an S900-26 3/8" Spiral Balance for a Tilt Window. Just be sure to confirm that the outer tube, not including the tip, is 26". If your window sash weighs 16 lbs, then you would select the red tip option, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 10 through 22 lbs. Let us know if you have any other questions.
