Proper spiral balance size

Question

I need to order several spiral balances but mine appear to be between sizes posted. From the top of the spiral balance to the end of the tip is 27.5 inches. Several photos attached. I originally ordered 27 inch and they are too short. I also need the internal right side latch for the same window.

Hello, thanks for posting! With spiral balances that come to a fraction of an inch, we typically recommend going to the next size up. In this case, you would need the S900-28. In regards to your latch, can you show us a picture of the original hardware? This will help us in confidently recommending a replacement.
