Pull handle

I am looking for a replacement for the pull handles on our sliding patio door.  The screw holes are 5 1/8 inches from center of hole to center of hole.  The screws are 2 1/4 inches long.  The door itself is 1 3/4 inches wide.  This one did lock but I don't necessarily need one with a lock.  The top item in the pictures is the interior handle and the bottom item is the exterior handle.   The handle appears to be from 1963 with a patent no. of D195.720.  A Google search of the patent number shows it is a
