Pull handle on Lexington Dresser

Question

Looking for another handle. This one never worked because when it was made one of the little 'arms' on the handle was cut diagonally and always slips out when the pull is used. This is what it looks like. If you compare the two 'arms' they are cut differently. Wondering if I can find a better one.

The number on the back of the pull is 1024-0. On the other side it is CONT. B. 1988.
