Thanks for the additional photos. I was hoping this might be the case. Perhaps you may be able to use one of our self closing drawer track kits, along with our 32-018 newer style socket. These sockets are screwed into the back of the cabinet. Look at the list of replacement slides we placed on this page to see which would make the best match.
