Pull systems need to be replaced on my window

Hello and welcome to Swisco, Greg. Could we have you send us a an additional photo or two of the complete balance removed from the window? Also, are there any stampings or markings on the balance? If so, please provide that information as well.

I have attached several new photos. The length of the balance is 28" long. There are no stamps or markings that I can see.

Thank you for the additional photos, Greg. Our S795-28 channel balance appears to show some resemblances to your balance. Look it over and see if you agree. If so, there should be some sort of stamped number on your balance. You will need that information when selecting the stamp option.

Thank you for the quick response. I wont be able to check the balance for the numbers you ask for until the end of August. Is it okay to respond back at the end of August. Do you know where I might find the numbers on the balance? Thank you for all your help,
