Hi. My Viking windows will not stay up. I measure the channel balance metal to metal at 17" long. Number on it says 1610ec
Which ones should I order?

Good question. Our S395-17 channel balance looks promising. Take a look and see if this is a match. If so, then you can go with our 1610 option.
