Do you have replacement parts for the pullman side mounted tape balance?

Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a chance we may be able to supply you with a replacement balance assembly for your window but I cannot make any guarantees. Unfortunately, I am not identify the replacement you would need based on the brand of the window.
May I please see an unobstructed view of the hardware you are looking to replace?
