Hi,
I am attaching 5 photos, showing why I am purchasing two Series 380 Window Channel Balances. The markings is 2630. I have measured 27 inches for the metal length, which is consistent with the 2630 marking. The shoe depth is one (1) inch. The top piece of 19-005 has a shape that is consistent with that shown in the photo. The restraining clip is also consistent. The inside frame width is 50 inches.
After I get your okay, I'll place my purchase order for 2- series 380 Window Channel Balances, with a 2630 setting of the spring strength.

Hi there, thanks for writing in. I'm afraid I can't identify your channel balance while it's still in the window. The plastic fittings on either end of the metal channel are partially obscured, and they are the key identification factors. Can you show me some pictures of your balance removed from the window?

Hi Julia, Many thanks for your response. It's a large window and I hesitate to remove it until I get the new channel balances. It'll take two people to safely remove the window.
I have carefully checked every 27" balance shown on SWISCO's website. Over 8 of them. Only the 380 series has the one inch shoe depth. And the top is similar to what I have.
