It's hard to tell, but it looks like you have a 19-002 top. Is that the case? If so, is the bottom attachment one of these two: 15-002 or 15-001? Measure the depth of the shoe to tell the difference, as shown below. If you have the 19-002 and the 15-002 shoe, then you have the S351-28 balance. If it's 19-002 and 15-001, you have S390-28.
You'll want to measure the length of the metal to verify that it's 28", which I suspect it is. Then, weigh the sash to determine if you need the 2740 stamp option printed on your balance. It will weigh between 19 and 26 pounds, if that's so.
