Heavy, 48x30" double pane (insulated) window in good shape, hinges and locks are good, but the crank attachment plat pulled off the vinyl on the bottom ; it is permanently mounted in a rock structure.

Will call tomorrow, just wanted to know if there were universal adaptors, as do not think there is enough space between concrete sill and bottom of window to re attach the flat mount on present system

1/4" pivot stud on the bottom of the window will need to be replaced with an angle which can be screwed through the window still positioning the pivot vertically.

Hello,

Take a look at the 39-187 and 39-188 operators. This matches the zig-zag shape of the gear arm. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your original assembly. We also offer the 39-114L handle and 39-508 stud bracket if needed.

As for installing the operators, unfortunately, we do not carry the kind of adapter bracket you're describing. These operators are rear-mounted, meaning they are intended to be installed with screws through the back of the base. Thanks for posting.

All done, back in service, with a couple of slight modifications.
