We should be able to assist with a replacement channel balance, but to further review, we will need to see the original removed. 

From there, please provide clearer pictures of the T-lock shoe with the width, along with the stamp on the metal channel and if it uses a hook or a screw in tab to connect into the window channel. 

Please note if the metal cam is missing from the T-lock shoe, we will need to see an undamaged version from the other side to determine if it had a closed or open (see through) metal cam style. Thank you!
