What your are showing us is called a pivot bar. Because it's still installed in the window, we can not guarantee what we are recommending will work. Start with taking a look at our 26-326 pivot bar. See if this will work. If not, remove the part from the window and send us some additional detailed photos of the part along with the measurements you are looking for.
