Qualitex vinyl window sash sweep latch

One of my sweep latches has a broken spring and needs replacing. The screw offsets are 2 1/4" with a 3/8" backset. The keeper is 1.424" x 1.628" with 3 mounting holes (only two used). There is a part # on the keeper, #677147. Your part #90-180 looks close, but I can't tell if the cam will fit the keeper. Can you help me identify a good replacement? I'd rather not replace the keeper, if possible.
