Quality Cabinet glide and lock replacement

A quick learner from Leesburg, VA 20175 says:

Purchased Stanely Martin home in 2007. Quality Cabinets-- the manufacture are in the kitchen. I have a number of drawers that no longer slide nor lock. As you can see this mechanism is broken. I would like to purchase several drawer replacements. Can you help?
