I have come across this situation in the past. First see if you can use the 26-379 and possibly secure it with an adhesive or epoxy to keep it in place. If not what I have done was to use the 26-395 tilts. I would cut and fit them into the window channel and use screws mounted to the sides of the window to secure the aluminum corner. You might want to take the sash to a glass shop or hardware store to do the repair.
