25 5 channel balances

Question

Hi, I'm pretty sure this is an S385. Please verify.
Also, the metal part is 25 .5" so I am unsure of replacement with a 25 or 26.
Last, the window is 24.5 pounds, so option 2450- yes?

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system, and unique combination of end attachments.

Please note that this type of balance stamped with 25 5 as shown in your last photo should measure 25-5/8" long. The length only includes the metal channel but not the end fittings. I would recommend double-checking to confirm that this is the case. If so, we'll just need to confirm the number of balances you need with the minimum being two. From there, we'll be able to send over an order link and price quote.
