Question about Spiral Balance

I need two spiral balance for my tilt sash window. The original I pulled out has the tube measure 28 7/16" without any color nylon tip. The standard sizes shown on your website are 28", 29" etc. So what size of the spiral balance and color tip I should order?

I think you could get away with using our S900-29 spiral balance. That should still work in your window. As for the proper color tip, you will need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart shown on the S900-29 store page.
