I have some older Andersen Windows that I need to replace the Sash Balance in and what is stamped on the outside on one of them are these numbers J64 5#31 3 81. Which replacement balance do I need to order. Thanks...

Take a look at our 24-531 Andersen sash balance that will replace the (5#31) stamp on your original balance. Thanks for posting!
