Question about the 23-041

Are you referring to the white retainer that some older models of this roller had? It actually doesn't really do much for the roller. The reason Stanley stopped making it is because they determined that it served a redundant function and wasn't necessary. I've known many customers who had that white clip break and they continued using their rollers anyway without any issues.
