Question on proper balance length to order

Hello,
I have 20lb Milgard non-tilt-out windows. I believe I have identified that I need S385 with the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. The metal section measures 32-3/4 in length, so I'm not sure whether to order the 32" or 33" length. If I use the 33" length then I need option 3230. If I order the 32" version, I think I need option 3130

I have enclosed pictures of the top, shoe, length, and markings. The shoe is 1-1/8" deep, hence the selection of 15-004 rather than the S380 with 15-005.

What do you recommend for my choice of length, 32" or 33"? The 15-004 shoe looks a little shorter than the shoe in my picture, So maybe the slightly longer 33" channel will be the right choice?

Hey, Vito. This is not our Series 385. This is actually a special balance that we will have to custom make for you. Can first tell me how many you need? Once I know the quantity, I can send you a custom ordering link.
