Question on replacing channel balance

Good afternoon,

I have no idea what the brand of my windows are.one of them(sliding vertically) is broken after 15 years, and I need to replace the channel Balance. The only info on the metal part of it Reads: 26 4 GW CMC 10.

The numbers are spaced just as I have written. The metal part is 27" long but the expose part of the metal is 26" long. It is also 1/2" wide.

If the balance bottom nylon shoe depth is 1-3/32", then I recommend our S385-27 channel balance. For the spring weight option of "26 4," you would choose our 2640. Finally, for top sash guide, see our 18-171.
