Question regarding pucks

Hello,
We are selling a house with 2 windows where it appears the balance shoes have rotted, become brittle and shattered into numerous pieces. it looks like 15-195, but the puck is black. does the puck color mean anything?

also, the balance piece has a hook at the top, not a screw hole. do you have this style in case we need the whole assembly?

Hey, Robin. I'm not sure what the puck is in this case, but the color of the shoe doesn't matter so much. You can show us a picture of it and we can confirm if the 15-195 can work.

If your balance has a hook instead of a screw it would have to be specially made. Let me know!

Paul, the puck is black. The dimensions are identical to the 15-195, except the 15-95 has a white puck. From what I have gathered in the last 24 hrs the puck color changes the extended measurement when the cam is turned. I am not sure about that, that is just my theory. I attached the picture that shows the black puck. I have other angles. let me know if you need more. We are trying to get out of this cheap, so would prefer not to replace the entire balance, just the shoes. Thanks, Robin

Actually, we just found something that has this slightly wider puck. We will bring it in as another product in case you were more comfortable sticking with that. I will let you know when it becomes available!
