Questions about your 70-009 plunger pin latch set

I am considering retro-fitting your 70-009 screen plunger pin latches on old Malta window screens on our home. The plastic latches that came with the windows have deteriorated over the years and are no longer made. Your pin latch ought to work but I have two questions before ordering. First, how thick does the aluminum frame have to be to accommodate your pin latch? Also, what are the two diameters of your 75-032 step drill? I have several step drills and would prefer to not buy another if one of mine would work.

While I have your attention, I have a third question. Do you by any chance make the type of screen clips used on Malta windows in the mid-1990s? They resemble your 70-123 clip for Patriot screens in design and function but are longer. I can send photos of the Malta clips if you like..

Are you able to provide pictures of your original clip? We do carry one Malta clip which is the 70-048 style, take a look!
