Are these flexible so you can bend them to take out the drawer or do you need to completely remove these to take the drawer out. Also, can you place this on the bottom of the dresser and slide the drawer over it.

Yes, these are flexible enough to bend them under the opening of the drawer. As for where to install them. these are meant to go at the top. I can't say if they will work from the bottom, as I have never tried it. What is preventing you from using it at the top?
