Questions regarding my 1984 Milgard casement window

I have a home built in 1984. It has wood Milgard windows. All are casement type. I have two questions. Is it possible to remove and replace the window and is it possibl to find replacement for the thin plastic weather strip. Painted several time and broken or painted Dow. Thanks for the help. It is possible to replace the window, but unfortunately, we do sell windows so you would have to contact the manufacturer or a local window company. We sell replacement hardware, but not the entire window itself.
As far as replacing the weatherstripping, we can most definitely try and find you a replacement for that. You would just need to remove the weatherstripping from the window and provide us a side profile view photograph so that we can determine the best replacement.
