Quick tilt sinks steel spring 5 Lb window bathroom window

On our bathroom quick tilt window We have springs sash broken on both sides. Need springs both left and right side.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your coil springs and the piot shoe that they attach to removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

I have taken pictures as attached.
I will be more comfortable to remove the window and springs if I have parts. Or I will end up having no window in the bathroom.
Kindly advise if I need to cut to remove part of window on both sides please.

Unfortunately, we can't confirm the correct replacement parts with your balance assembly still installed. I understand that it is an inconvenience but if you could remove the parts to take photos, you can reinstall the pivot shoes to hold the sash until the new parts arrive.
