Thanks for writing in! The window balance you have here looks like it can be replaced with either the S380-24 with a 1" shoe or the S385-24 with a 1-3/32" shoe. Take a look at the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

In regard to the balance stamp, unfortunately I am unable to cross-refence it with the stamps on our replacement balances. That said, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of your window sash to determine the best stamp option. There is a chart below the product description of each balances that lists the weight ranges they can support.
