I think we can supply this balance as a special order, but before we begin I'd like to know how many you need. In the meantime, we'll look into its availability.

I'm afraid we cannot rush these being made. They will likely have a lead time of 5-6 business weeks. We are also still speaking with the manufacturer regarding pricing, as these are very unique. Would you be willing to wait those 5-6 weeks? We understand if that would take too long.

Also, you say you need 6 balances, but you're looking for two different types. Did you need 6 of each, or 3 and 3? Can you clarify?
