I was looking for replacement parts for the following pics attached
I am not sure what the model or name is for these handles.

If you could help that would be great.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please compare your internal mortise latch with the 82-214B, as it appears to be similar to the one currently in your door. For the handle, consider the 82-020, which features a wood handle, along with the 82-033 and 82-030. All of these handles have mounting hole centers spaced at 3-15/16". Review the specifications for the mentioned hardware and see how they compare with your old hardware.
