I am familiar with this storm panel latch, but I'm sorry to say that it's an obsolete part. These haven't been made in a long time, unfortunately, and the last of our old stock sold out around 5 years ago.
I'm afraid there is no alternative so far as I'm aware. Storm panel repair parts like this aren't really being made anymore. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
