RC Aluminum RS240 Sliding Glass Door Handle and Lock

Question

Hello,i need to purchase a Handle and Lock Set for an RC Aluminum Sliding glass door. Please see the pictures attached.

The color is white and it is for an RC Aluminum Impact Slider. the handle was broken as the supports that hold the screws rusted out and the handle came off. I need to purchase this handle lock set and install it into a clients door.
