Can you cross reference this item and do you know where I can buy the cord used in this type of balance?

Hello there. The most effective way in locating a proper replacement for you would be to have you send us photos of your entire balance. From there, we would be able to proceed in locating a replacement. As for being able to just purchase the chord, our balances come fully assembled and the chord is not sold separately.
