RE: Replacing Pozzi crank handle and cover piece

Hi:

Would you be able to recommend replacement parts for this Pozzi casement window crank and crank operator cover? The crank handle is 4" long. The cover piece is 5.5" wide at the top sloping to 4" wide at the bottom and is 1" high.
