Hi Swisco,
I am shopping to buy several Window balances replacement with length 26-3/4 inches (length excluded shoes).width about 1/2 inch.
I am wondering which parts is the exact part on your website fits my window balance.
Attached pls find the photos of my window balance.
pls kindly help to look for it and send me the direct link.

Hey, Linny!

It looks like you have an extended-travel channel balance, which is a special type of window balance that is only available by custom order. We can help but I'll just need a bit more information before we get started. Can you show us a picture of the stamp on your metal channel? Can you also tell me how many you'll need? Our minimum for custom orders is 2.

Pls check attached photo for stamp per your request.
Now I need 2 PCs. If the size and all fit my 1 window then I will go ahead to order more to replace my other 2 windows (4 pcs).

It's hard to make out what your stamp says. I see "6 4" but there should be another number before that. Are you able to make it out? If not, can you check the balance on the other side of the window? That balance might have a clearer stamp.

You are right, there is a number 2 before 6.
