RE: right hand awning window operator with 2" link arm.

Question

I thought I was all set to buy an operator from you, but I see that the arm length on center on my unit is 2-1/2". The best I can tell, all your lengths are shorter.

I measured from center hole to center of rivet.

I suggest our 39-025. The arm is a little longer, but this type of operator has a little play in the gearing that should make up the difference in length. I would just carefully go over the other dimensions to make sure they match, like the hole spacing.
