REAR DRAWER TRACK SOCKET PAIR

Question

I ordered 2 sets of rear drawer track socket #32-012. My handyman installed the first set and all went well for a couple months then left bracket broke. I installed new bracket and today the left side broke again. They are the same brackets that were in my drawer for 27 years. I even rotated drawers so silverware wasn't in this drawer.. any suggestions?

Hmm...check the drawer track, it might have a slight twist that causes undo pressure on the rear drawer socket arm when operating the drawer. Get back to us with an update.
