Very narrow track does not fit standard hardware replacement parts. Condo was built in 1988. No description, names, numbers or markings.

Hello!

For the pin, can you write out the diameter of the pin shaft and the diameter of the nylon cap, where it fits into the track?

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the pivot bracket so we'll need more time to research a replacement option. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

Thanks for you help, I purchased the parts you suggested, however I now need a "3 x 2" hinge for the same bi-fold door (pictures below).

This looks similar to our 23-106 hinge but review the specifications and compare them with yours to see how they match up.
